Whether it’s a pool party, family reunion or other special occasion, you have a reason to celebrate and we can help make that happen! We have a number of locations available to suit the needs of your next event. A Reservation Form and reservation payment is required to book any facility. Reservations may be made in the following ways:
- In person at the Parks & Recreation Department located in Falling Springs Center
- Complete the Reservation Form and mail it in along with a check
- Complete the Reservation Form, save it to your computer, it to an email, send it to awaits@fallingspringscenter.com and call with a credit card
- Please note that fillable forms work best in Windows Explorer
- You MUST save the completed form to your computer before attaching it to an email. If you do not, we will get a blank form.

- 2 hours block beginning at 7:15 PM on Friday & 6:15 PM Saturday and Sunday

- 1-50 people: $300 ($100 each additional hour)
- 51-100 people: $400 ($125 each additional hour)
- Must book at least 2 weeks before requested date
SEVERE WEATHER & LIGHTNING
Parks & Recreation is proud to utilize the Thor Guard Lightening Detection System! This system takes the guess-work out determining if it’s safe to be outside! How it works:
- If you are anywhere in the park (including the pools, stadium, ball fields & cross-country course), you’ll hear a single 15 second blast that signals a window of 8 to 10 minutes before lightening is possible within the area! If you hear the blast, take cover!
- When the threat has safely passed, there will be 3 five-second blasts signaling the “all clear.”
- There’s no more 30 minute waiting from the “last sight or sound” of lightening or thunder! Hear the long blast, take cover. Hear the 3 short blasts, activities can continue.
This system is state of the art and used by some of the biggest organizations in the world, including theUnited States Golf Association – USGA, Denver Broncos, Delta Air Lines, and over 700 universities, schools and municipalities! Falling Springs Center, located in Woodford County Park at 275 Beasley Rd, is a great place to socialize, relax, workout and celebrate. Featured amenities include: gymnasium with 3 basketball/volleyball courts, fitness center and aerobic rooms, walking track, indoor and outdoor pools, KidZone nursery and a multi-purpose room and 300 seat performing arts theater.
The multi-purpose room, swimming pools, gymnasium and theater are available for special event rentals, including birthday parties, corporate meetings, special interest classes, recreation programming, team parties, lock-ins and more.
FALLING SPRINGS RESERVATION RULES
- Reservation fee must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Rentals are not held without a form and payment.
- After hour parties must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks prior to party date
- Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) business days prior to the reservation date to receive a full refund.
- Parties during regular hours must adhere to the scheduled activities in the facility
- Guests must adhere to all Falling Springs Center rules and follow the instructions of staff at all times
- Food may not be prepared in the party room. Pre-prepared food is allowed
- Please keep food and drinks in the Party Room or Multi-Purpose Room
- Renter is responsible for cleanup of facilities after use
- All rentals require a minimum of one adult chaperone for every 10 kids
- Rentals requiring floor covering, tables & chairs will be charged an additional fee unless otherwise noted.
- Per county ordinance, alcoholic beverages are not allowed on County property, including Falling Springs Center

Pavilion/Barn Rental Rules & Information:
- Reservation forms & payment are due at the time of reservation. We cannot hold a rental without these items.
- Cancellations must be made a minimum of 10 business days prior to the reservation in order to receive a refund
- Pavilion rentals give you private access to the pavilion itself, but all park equipment and spaces are still open to the public
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Parks & Recreation property per local ordinance
- Please know that pavilions are cleaned each morning. Parks & Recreation is not responsible for any trash left between the time a pavilion is cleaned and when a rental begins.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL FIELDS
- Parks & Recreation manages and maintains 10 baseball/softball fields at the count park, in addition to the Community Stadium, Batting Complex and Tennis Courts.
- Fields are not available for rent to individuals.
- Only teams approved by the Parks & Recreation Board of Directors are permitted to utilize the baseball/softball fields
BATTING COMPLEX
- Indoor practice facility with 2 batting cages and a turf carpeted surface.
- There is one baseball pitching machine and a softball pitching machine located in the complex.
- Users should bring their own balls, tees, bats, etc.
- The cost to rent the complex is $25/hour (minimum of 1.5 hours required) and must be booked through the the Parks & Recreation office.
- Only teams approved by the Parks & Recreation Board of Directors are permitted to book the batting complex.
- Rentals by individuals is permitted.
COMMUNITY STADIUM
- Community Stadium is used by WCHS Football, soccer and lacrosse teams as well as Bluegrass Soccer Club and the Woodford Youth Football Association.
- Rental time at Community Stadium is very limitd. Contact the Parks & Recreation office regarding rentals.
TENNIS COURTS
- There are 6 hard-court courts located at Woodford County Park
- Courts are utilized by WCHS tennis teams in the spring and for Parks & Recreation programs thorough late fall.
- Courts are open to the public when not in use by programs or WCHS but are not available for rent.
